Poison Spring Canyon Trail
The Big Thing is quickly becoming the premier Overlanding event in North America. Set on the incredible XOverland Ranch in Three Forks, MT. This event provides opportunities for training, connection, and shared stories of adventure.
All participants must register, complete a HFAP waiver form, and pay the park entry fee at the MERUS Adventure Park website. To expedite your park registration, go to their website and complete a waiver online. For more information or overnight camping information, see their website at

THURSDAY, July 9th — ARRIVAL + CHECK-IN
12:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Registration + Welcome Check-In
Roll into MERUS, get registered, grab your event info, and get settled in. Spend the afternoon meeting other Grenadier owners, checking out some vendors, and getting ready for a big day on the trails.
FRIDAY, July 10th — GUIDED TRAIL RUNS
8:00 AM | Continental Breakfast
Fuel up with a lite breakfast before we hit the canyon—your morning boost for a full day of adventure.
9:00 AM | Driver’s Meeting
Quick rundown of the day, trail groups, safety notes, and everything you need to know to have a smooth and fun run.
9:30 AM | Hit the Trails
Engines on and tires rolling! Join experienced trail guides for a scenic, confidence-building ride across MERUS’ iconic Texas Panhandle terrain. Whether you’re newer to the trails or ready for a challenge, this is the perfect mix of adventure, views, and group energy.
6:00 PM | Dinner on your Own
End the day the right way—good drinks, good laughs, and a relaxed evening hanging out with fellow drivers after a full day of trail time.

You will learn, explore, and gain confidence with an incredible community of adventurous women who love the outdoors and the INEOS Grenadier.

Whether you’re brand new to off-road driving or looking to sharpen your skills and gain confidence behind the wheel, this immersive weekend is designed specifically for women drivers and women interested in the Grenadier lifestyle.
Women drivers are encouraged to bring a lady friend! Invite daughters, sisters, friends, spouses, or women curious about the Grenadier and off-road driving experience. Furry, four-legged friends are also welcome!
Hosted at Wasatch Mountain State Park in Midway, Utah, adjacent to the stunning Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, this event offers a cooler alpine escape from the summer heat while learning in one of Utah’s most beautiful mountain settings.
The Chalet group camp site has been reserved between Friday, July 17 @ 3pm through Sunday, July 19 @ 12pm. The park entry fee has been covered so attendees won't need to pay upon arrival.
This is a private spot with kitchen and a building (with fans) which is where the "classroom instruction" will be held. Everyone is welcome to camp and cook on-site!

Professional Training will be led by BB4WA legendary off-road trainer Bill Burke and a team of experienced women off-road drivers who bring real-world expertise, mentorship, and encouragement to every participant.

This hands-on training blends classroom learning with guided driving instruction to help women become more capable, confident, and trail-ready.

$150 per truck includes instruction and catered lunch meals served both days so you can focus on learning, connecting, and enjoying the experience.
LODGING & DINING
If you don't want to camp, information about hotel lodging options as well as catered meal arrangements will be shared soon.
Lunch will be provided both days. Breakfast and dinner will be the responsibility of the attendees.

Jug Mountain Ranch – August 22, 2026Join Lyle Pearson INEOS Grenadier for a full day at Jug Mountain Ranch in McCall, Idaho. This event blends scenic mountain driving with hands-on off-road challenges designed for all experience levels. Participants will have the opportunity to navigate the property’s trail system, choose between varying obstacle difficulties, and experience the capabilities of the Grenadier in a controlled and supportive environment.
The day will include guided driving sessions, time to connect with fellow owners, and a shared lunch, all set against the backdrop of one of Idaho’s most beautiful mountain properties. Whether you are looking to push your skills or simply enjoy a great day behind the wheel, this is an event you will not want to miss.
Boise to McCall, the Long Way Up –This event is for those adventurous souls who are not satisfied with a single day on the trail. Join us as we travel from Boise to McCall using as many dirt roads and backcountry routes as possible, soaking up remote scenery and the kind of driving these vehicles were built for. This will be an overnight camping trip, so come prepared with proper gear, food, and fuel for a true overland style adventure. Expect long miles, great company, and a rewarding finish in McCall after taking the scenic route all the way there.
Grenadier Gathering East is held at Windrock OHV Park, Tennessee October 8 – 11, 2026. With over 72,000 acres of trail systems ranging from beginner to advanced, this event delivers a distinctly different environment—wooded terrain, elevation changes, and technical trail networks—paired with the same high standard of organization, safety, and community.
Attendees can expect professionally led trail runs, self guided trail runs, structured driver and recovery training, evening happy hours, and a community dinner designed to bring everyone together.
